Share your system with clients (without showing your rates)

A hub shared with each client saves dozens of emails. What held many freelancers back was the client seeing too much. Notion 3.8 changes that.

Quarter-end shouldn't cost you a weekend

In Spain, Q3 tax returns are due between October 1 and 20. If every quarter costs you a Saturday hunting for invoices, the problem isn't your accountant: it's where you keep things.

Explain how you work once (and stop repeating it to the AI)

If every new chat means explaining your tone, your prices and your format again, you have a context problem. The skills Notion launched in September are built for exactly that.

Let the AI propose, and you decide

The biggest barrier to letting AI touch your documents isn't technical: it's trust. Two Notion updates from August are about exactly that.

The meeting ends and the follow-up is already done

The hidden cost of searching instead of working

Looking for where you saved something doesn't feel like wasted time. Added up over a week, it's half a day of work that never comes back.

AI for freelancers: where NOT to start

Everyone wants to put AI into their business. The most expensive mistake is starting there, before your context and processes are in order.

Stop chasing proposals and invoices

The money you lose most isn't the money you don't invoice: it's the money you invoice late, or the proposal no one remembered to follow up. Let the system chase for you.

The client onboarding that runs itself

Every new client triggers the same list of manual tasks. Turning it into a flow that deploys itself gives you back the first hour of every project.

Your memory is not a system (and that's why you end up drained)

Remembering deadlines, prices and where you left off with each client is invisible work you don't charge for — and it leaves you with no energy for the work you do.

Start the year with a single home for your business

January is the best time to stop scattering your operation across apps. You don't need more tools: you need one that's your source of truth.
