What data we process

Contact form. Your name, email, company, website or LinkedIn profile, industry, team size, what you tell us is holding you back and how you heard about us. We also store the page you send it from and, if you arrived through a campaign link, its parameters (utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign).

Diagnostic. You can take it without leaving any data. If you choose to leave your name, your email and, optionally, your company at the end, we also store your answers and the result we showed you.

Email. If you write to us directly, your address and the content of your message.

So that we don't contact you twice, we check whether your email or LinkedIn profile is already in our sales contact database and, if so, we link both records.

This website uses no first- or third-party cookies for analytics or advertising.

Purpose

To respond to your request and, if there is mutual interest, to manage the business relationship: calls, proposals and follow-up. The team size you give us is used to show you whether you can book a call directly in our calendar; either way, we read every request.

Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you give by ticking the box on the form or by writing to us. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to hola@nouflow.com, without affecting any processing carried out before then.

Data processors and international transfers

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. These help us process it:

• Notion Labs, Inc. (United States), where we store the form data and manage the business relationship.
• Vercel Inc. (United States), which hosts the website, receives the form submissions and keeps the technical access logs.

Both companies participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision, and their data processing agreements also include the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the Commission. You can read their policies at Notion and Vercel.

Retention

We keep your data while we handle your request. If no business relationship follows, we delete it no later than 12 months after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep it for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@nouflow.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
