What data we process and why

This website has no forms that send data to our servers, and it uses no first- or third-party cookies for analytics or advertising. The contact links open your own email client: the data you share by email (your address and the content of your message) is processed for the sole purpose of answering your query.

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is the consent you give by writing to us (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and the legitimate interest in handling your request (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Recipients

No data is shared with third parties. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which acts as data processor for the technical access logs under its privacy safeguards.

Retention and your rights

Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the query and any resulting liabilities. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@nouflow.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
